Description: the difference between the superior and the standard villas is the superior has a wider corridor with alternate access with a sliding door. It has 1.20 meters of standard refrigerator, electric 3 burners stove, coffe maker, microwave, basic cooking utensils, 21-inch TV, hair dryer, telephone, fans and air conditioning. Are located near the shopping center.

  • Child no additional charge applies (only 1 extra child per room)
  • Additional adult $ 15 including taxes (only 1 additional adult per room)
  • Hours 15:00 entry and departure at 12: 00 hours
  • No pets allowed
  • Minimum stay for Easter and New Year's Eve, 4 nights
  • Rates do not include food.

Reservation Policies

  • All reservations must be sent by fax to (506) 2654-4663 or email to reservas@villasflordepacifico.com
  • Reservations must be paid in advance according to the following policies:
    1. Low Season: 8 days prior to arrival.
    2. High Season: 30 days prior to arrival
    3. Easter and New Year's Eve: 45 days prior to arrival.


Payments

  • Credit cards: all cards are accepted. You must fill out the authorization form and send it via fax to (506) 2654-4663 or email reservas@villasflordepacifico.com , along with a copy of personal identification and credit card.
  • Deposit must be made in the name of Corporación Inmobiliaria Italo Pacifico S.A to the following accounts:
    -Banco de Costa Rica Colones: 001-0273844-9
    -Banco de Costa Rica-Dollars: 001-0273845-7
    -BAC San Jose-Colones: 901-22798-3

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be sent by fax to (506) 2654-4663 or email to reservas@villasflordepacifico.com

  • Low Season:
  • Cancellations received between 8 and 1 days before arrival 1 night penalty applies.
  • Cancellations received the day of arrival or "No shows" apply the full payment of the reservation.
  • High Season:
  • Cancellations received between 21 and 15 days prior to arrival 1 night penalty applies.
  • Cancellations received between 14 and 1 days before date of arrival applies for 50% of the reservation.
  • Cancellations received the day of arrival or "No shows" apply the full payment of the reservation.
  • Easter and New Year's Eve:
  • Cancellations received between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival 1 night penalty applies.
  • Cancellations received between 20 and 8 days before date of arrival applies 50% of the total payment of your reservation.
  • Cancellations received 8 days before or "No Shows" apply the full payment of the reservation.
